Have you ever went to a party and the DJ was so good that they took the people on an emotional musical journey that you will soon not forget? Similarly, have you ever gone to a training or learning community when the facilitator was so dynamic that they changed the course on how you do things and think about your field? Turns out that both the DJ and the facilitator tap into the same dynamics of human emotion to turn the party out, move the crowd, and learn out loud.
